“Web3 to me is about unlocking access. It’s about the new generation of financial freedom and self sovereignty. It’s about moving from a precarious and inefficient system that does not have your best interests in mind to collectively creating a new one in a decentralised fashion. 

Web3 brings a level of transparency that's like a breath of fresh air in a world where data often feels locked away in hidden vaults. With blockchain as its backbone, every transaction, big or small, leaves a trace everyone can see, making accountability the norm, not the exception. It's like having a conversation in a room made of glass; nothing is swept under the rug. This open honesty is a game changer, making the digital world feel a little more human and a lot more fair.

Investing has often been a closed door, but now, technology is unlocking it, making investment opportunities accessible to anyone with internet access. Through tech, we're witnessing the democratisation of investment, and with it, a pathway for many more to build a secure financial future.

While web3 can offer so many opportunities, there are still barriers like ease of use that mean that some people are still not getting involved. Onboarding, so far, hasn't been easy, most tools and platforms are still quite complicated and until this is solved, web3 will not be part of our day to day lives. 

When it comes to the way that we work, I am excited about the ability to work from every corner of the globe, all through a screen. It is an exciting reality we experience in the first world and web3 is bringing these opportunities to the rest of the world, with platforms like Human.”
