Introducing HUMAN Ops: earn rewards, learn, and teach
HUMAN Ops is a new initiative to reward and educate a dedicated community across the globe. HUMAN Ops has three stages: Rookie - earn rewards for simple tasks, Apprentice - earn badges for taking classes, and Mentor - educate the community, and receive HMT, as voted for by the community.
HUMAN Ops is a bottom-up approach to community creation. It is designed to educate and empower the community; while the vision may begin with measuring and rewarding simple community contribution for Rookies, it quickly evolves into a long term approach to engaging with the community, of listening to feedback, of educating people who want to learn, and of making HUMAN Protocol more and more community-centric.
Individual contribution is amazing, but we know that we are better when we work together; that is the HUMAN Protocol premise. The HUMAN Ops program is a way to organize individuals into a strong, unified community collaborating towards a shared goal of enriching lives through the new technologies of Web3.
Within Rookie, there are three stages.
Trailblazer, Pioneer and Expert.
These stages represent progressive stages of involvement within the community.
HUMAN Protocol is now available on Zealy, a platform that measures community contribution in a number of innovative ways. The more tasks you complete, the more XP (experience) you gain.
This helps HUMAN Protocol to get to know the community members who are doing the most to support the project, and to give them rewards. This opportunity is available to new and existing community members alike.
Trailblazer will include campaigns on Zealy and Gleam.
You become an Apprentice by standing out as a Rookie. Once you have completed a certain amount of tasks as a Rookie, you will be invited to become an Apprentice. Apprentices take courses on specific Web3-related topics to earn badges. The Apprentice level is the level of true education; we will be holding community votes to see what topics the community wants to learn about, and if there are any Mentors they want to learn from.
The first batch of Mentors will be a mix of Web3 industry professionals selected by the Foundation, and voted on by the community. The second batch of Mentors will be selected from the Apprentice level; once you receive a certain number of badges on a specific topic, you will qualify to become a Mentor! Mentors receive HMT, which will be voted on by the community.
